This coming weekend the team from AES will travel to Penang for the second last installment of Gamefest before the upcoming finals that will be held in Putrajaya next month. During the past 6 segments of Gamefest the team from AES has provided a special session on game making. Students are given a practical insight into how to create a simple football game using sophisticated Computer Aided Design Software. This coming Saturday the 24th of June up to 240 students will gather at USM Penang to particiapte. The public are welcome to view the event so if your free on Saturday and want to join then I look forward to seeing you there. ![]() This coming weekend we will be setting up the Omnistar planetarium at Selayang Mall in conjunction with the Flatworld Family Health and Education Carnival. The Omnistar planetarium will be open from 10am to 9:30 pm daily from the 9th to the 11th of July. Please come and join us for a unique experience in our special Omnistar mobile planetarium. Its the only one like it in Malaysia. See you there. |

30 students from 11-12 years old, participated in the workshop which exposed them to the fundamentals of 3D modeling, animation and game creation. All students who participated seems to enjoy the opportunity to create their own football game and played it. |

For almost two centuries, humans have looked up at a bright star called Epsilon Aurigae and watched with their own eyes as it seemed to disappear into the night sky, slowly fading before coming back to life again. Today, as another dimming of the system is underway, mysteries about the star persist. Though astronomers know that Epsilon Aurigae is eclipsed by a dark companion object every 27 years, the nature of both the star and object has remained unclear. Read More. Source JPL NASA
